How the awards work
What makes the Best Franchise Awards unique is they are based on feedback from thousands of actual franchisees.
We gather this feedback by inviting your franchisees to complete our confidential franchisee satisfaction survey.
We will be in touch to discuss the next steps and agree a convenient time to launch your survey
We will send an email invitation to each franchisee inviting them to complete the survey – on average 77% do so
The awards shortlist will be determined based on the feedback received
The winners will be announced at the 2017 Best Franchise Conference on 30th November 2017.
The deadline for launching your survey is 9th October 2017, but many franchisors choose to schedule their survey before the summer holidays.
There are five categories, based on your type of franchise:
Business Services – Franchises which provide services to businesses (b2b)
Children’s Services – Franchises which provide services aimed at children e.g. children’s classes
Home and Personal Services – Franchises which provide services directly to consumers e.g. gardening, pet care, personal services
Management – Franchisees which are expected to recruit a team of at least 15 employees e.g. care, retail, food, gyms
Property / Estate Agency – Franchises which provide real estate or other property related services
We will also recognise franchisors through:
Continuous Improvement Award: those franchisors that have improved their franchisee satisfaction survey results in back-to-back years
Best New Entry: awarded to the top scoring franchisor that has conducted its Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark survey for the first time
5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction Awards: awarded to franchisors that receive above average feedback across all areas we measure
